RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not offer refunds, only credit notes apply with t&c's.

The fantastic prices on designerclearance.online are all final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size chosen or change of mind. We offer store credit for any returns subject to our guidelines below. Should you need another size, you can purchase this using your store credit once your return has been processed.

Garment(s) must be returned strictly within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the garment(s) have been worn, damaged or have marks (including makeup), or if the original tags have been removed.


Post the items back to us & enclose your supplied returns form.
If you deem your garment to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

International orders outside Australia must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

It can take up to 3 days from receipt to process your store credit.

Once we have processed your return, we will notify you via the email address provided with your original online order on the status of your return.

 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

 

We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracking service as we cannot accept responsibility for any return parcels lost in transit.

Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense for International orders. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.
